Perth CBD · 220 St Georges Terrace · Opening 2027
A café and training club on St Georges Terrace. Coffee and shakes out front, a gym behind the glass with the best equipment in the city, and a reason to come early and stay after.
Founding memberships and the café opening go to this list first. Until then, the odd update from the build: no more than one a month.

The café · open to everyone
Batch brew coffee, protein shakes and grab-and-go food, on the ground floor at 220 St Georges Terrace. Come in before work, refuel after a session, or just meet someone for a coffee. No membership needed.
Premium without the attitude. Dedicated zones for strength, functional training, cardio and recovery, dark finishes and warm light, and a welcome that's the same on your first day as your five-hundredth.
01
Racks, platforms and a heavy lifting room. Panatta, Nautilus and Citadel machines, chosen one at a time.
02
A green turf loop for sleds, carries and sprints, wrapped around a timber platform of treadmills.
03
A straight run of turf in its own glazed room, for sprints, sled pushes and carries. Every push starts on the symbol painted at the line.
The equipment
No package deal from one catalogue. Sergio is picking every piece on the floor himself, from the three makers he'd put his own name to.
Italy
Built in Apiro since 1963. The strength machines the best gyms in Europe are furnished with, made to order for this floor.
United States
The name that invented the modern strength machine. Selectorised pieces that feel right from the first rep.
Queensland
Plate-loaded machines built by two brothers in Gympie from Australian steel, with a twenty-year warranty. Pendulum squat, hack squat, hip press.
